In collaboration with leadership, I have experience developing the institutional strategy and several sub-strategies for the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL), an intergovernmental scientific organisation. My role in tailoring the communication of the institutional strategy to high-level scientific and ministerial stakeholders helped ensure an unprecedented increase in funding.
